So I had terrible skin for quite awhile. I didn't try and fix it or do anything, but I made some changes and now I have very little issues with my skin.

My daily routine:

3 times a week, I do this.

Clean and Clear face wash, not sure the name but it's a blue and green bottle, and it's minty.

St. Ives Apricot blemish control exfoliating scrub

Neutrogena Grapefruit Face Scrub

Persa Gel (Don't know which company)

*note: this routine will dry out your face. The dollar store sells a charcoal face mask, that even though it's from the dollar store, after 15 minutes seriously any trace of dry skin is gone for me. I don't know about others, but the stuff is a stinkin miracle.*

And then every other day in the week, start with the clean and clear in the morning and just wash your face at night. Anymore and your skin can't handle it.

If you don't want to do all the store bought products, here's some natural things that helped me.

1 tbsp Lemon Juice

1 tbsp Honey

1 tsp baking soda

Apply to face, let sit at least 10 minutes, and then wash with warm water.

Toothpaste on a pimple with shrink it slightly and make it less inflamed.

Egg white spread on your face. Let it sit until tight, and rinse it with warm water.

Do not wash your face more than twice a day. Once is all that's needed honestly. Any more and your skin will dry out, causing it to produce more oil and make your skin greasy.

If you're outside, try not to ever go without sunscreen. For obvious reasons.

I hope I could help out in some way guys. Let me know if it worked at all for you.

I've been battling with adult acne for years, finally I went to a natural health store. Been washing my face with hemp soap, then take a cotton pad and put geranium essential oil and rub it all over my face and for moisturizer 5 drops of tamanu oil... Two weeks my acne is gone and the dark spots have drastically faded. So at night is when I use the soap and geranium oil... Then in the morning I use geranium oil and tamanu oil... The geranium oil is strong smelling but I enjoy the smell...

How lo lighten acne blemishes or pimple spots :

1 tomato pulp
1 tsp. lemon juice,
1 TBSP. (instant style oatmeal or old fashioned rolled oats)
Blend everything until just combined. Apply to the skin, making sure the mixture is thick enough to stay on the blemished areas. If necessary add a little more oatmeal to thicken the mask, and then scrub it for 2 minutes & let it dry for 15 minutes

Acne is caused by diet. The easiest way to resolve this is stop eating animal products and ingest as little fat as possible. This is advice coming from a guy who took Acutane for years. if someone would have told me this when I was young, I would'nt be scarred for life. A low fat vegan diet will do wonders for you're body. You may even lose some weight. Try this please!

Acne is a health condition on the skin that increases the dead cells and oil up your skin, this is why your face looks oily at times when you go out and come. Acne can cause pimples on your face, neck and shoulders as well. Acne are caused due to imbalanced diet and hormonal changes. It can also be the side effect of any medications that you have taken earlier. Apple cider vinegar is one of the best home remedy for treating acne. It helps to balance the pH level of your skin and dries up the excess oil in your face. Mix a part of apple cider vinegar to three parts of water and stir it well. Wash your face with warm water and apply this mixture after patting it dry. Now apply this mixture onto the blemish. To apply, use cotton balls and do not apply directly with fingers. Apply this mixture several times in a day and then wash off.
