So I had terrible skin for quite awhile. I didn't try and fix it or do anything, but I made some changes and now I have very little issues with my skin.
*NONE OF THESE WILL INSTANTLY FIX ACNE. THEY ARE LONG TERM FIXES.*
My daily routine:
3 times a week, I do this.
Clean and Clear face wash, not sure the name but it's a blue and green bottle, and it's minty.
St. Ives Apricot blemish control exfoliating scrub
Neutrogena Grapefruit Face Scrub
Persa Gel (Don't know which company)
*note: this routine will dry out your face. The dollar store sells a charcoal face mask, that even though it's from the dollar store, after 15 minutes seriously any trace of dry skin is gone for me. I don't know about others, but the stuff is a stinkin miracle.*
And then every other day in the week, start with the clean and clear in the morning and just wash your face at night. Anymore and your skin can't handle it.
If you don't want to do all the store bought products, here's some natural things that helped me.
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Honey
1 tsp baking soda
Apply to face, let sit at least 10 minutes, and then wash with warm water.
Toothpaste on a pimple with shrink it slightly and make it less inflamed.
Egg white spread on your face. Let it sit until tight, and rinse it with warm water.
Do not wash your face more than twice a day. Once is all that's needed honestly. Any more and your skin will dry out, causing it to produce more oil and make your skin greasy.
If you're outside, try not to ever go without sunscreen. For obvious reasons.
