I have type 2 pre-diabetes. Everyone is difference so experiment with what works for you. Of course you have to exercise and change to a healthier diet, no or low sugar and carbohydrates. Remedies are Bitter Mellon, Chrominium piccolinate or Chromium GTF, Alpha Lipoic acid, Magnesium, Vitamin C complex, E, D & B-complex, CoQ10, Fenugreek, Ginseng, Cinnamon and Okra. Make Okra water, take 3 fresh Okras cut tops off and make 2 vertical slits in each okra and place in pure water overnight. In the morning squeeze liquid out of okra into water and drink the liquid first thing in the morning everyday. You can find a you tube video on okra water.

I have had neuropathy in my feet for about 4 years now...it was HORRIBLE during my last pregnancy and couldn't take neurontin or cymbalta because it wasn't safe for baby....I HAD it one night, sharp hot shooting pinprick pains....I hit the cabinets...I mixed a wee bit of tea tree oil in with some coconut oil and rubbed it on my feet and I promise you it was all but gone within 5 minutes...It worked on more than one occasion...used just the tea tree oil a few times and also mixed it in other oils to cut it so I know THAT was the working ingredient....hope you get relief!

Their are no cures for diabetes. If you have the symptoms see a doctor and get tested. When you have a continuos high blood sugar without treatment you stand a good chance of blindness, greater chance and recovery time from infections, heart disease, stroke and high blood pressure. Their has been some research using pancreatic stem cells in animals but we are still a long way off from a cure. As a 20 year diabetic I speak from experience. I am a type 1 diabetic and at 54 I had to have a heart bypass. I don't smoke and rarely drink but I have had a weight problem for 45 years. A lot of people find they have better blood sugar control if they eat 5 or 6 small meals a day but you still shouldn't eat more than 75 to 100 grams of carbs every 24 hours. By eating small meals you don't get so much carbs in your system at one time and you stand a better chance of burning the carbs before your next meal. I hope this information helps someone. friends just put some aak leaves under your foot for 2-3 hours.Your sugar level will reduce very much.Remember you should remove the leaves thereafter otherwise sugar level will reduce to a very low level.

Xylitol is a natural sweetener which will not affect blood sugar levels because it doesn't need insulin to digest.A bit expensive but because it's sweeter than sugar you don't need as much.Most health foods hops will have it.Also great for preventing dental cavities too.Jusy make sure if you have a dog that you don't let them have it as it may be harmful for some dogs.

Have as many grams protein as carbs each time you eat. The American Diabetic Association recommended a balanced carb and protein diet for some 50 years.

Also, use whey protein to balance your carbs. Whey protein increases insulin sensitivity.

To Lower Blood Sugar mix 1 tablesppon dry active yeast into a cup of COLD WATER or yogurt. Make sure that you use COLD water. Since yeast is activated in warm water. Check your blood sugar an hour later and it will have dropped.
