Whenever ur stomach aches sometimes if u eat a teaspoon of mustard and a half glass of tepid water(room temp.) it always works for my grandkids and myself! Try it.
drink some pear juice with murilax and eat some prunes and almonds. and put a wet wash cloth on your neck and stomach. one warm and one cold.
for stomach discomfort or nausea eat some almonds or drink hot tea with peppermint. stay away from dairy products.
