turn on a thing that makes ocean noises and swing gently. close your eyes and sing relaxing songs say shhh and repeat.

Take your finger and run it over,under, and across the baby's eyelids. Or you can lightly go over the babys back with your fingers in circles.

Boil a couple of teaspoons of catnip in one cup of water! Strain and add liquid to babies formula or give to them straight after it cools. Not only will it help the colic, but it will help them sleep also.
