Take some Alka-Selzer to fend off the pain and queasiness. Then eat a banana and drink some Gatorade to replenish your nutrients. The most vital nutrient you lose when drinking is potassium, and bananas are chock-full of it. Oh yeah, and water (as if that needs saying).

If you have a bad hangover and can't seem to shake it...

The thing that worked for me is drink some green tea and eat a can of spagetti-o's...as crazy as it sounds it worked the best for me cause I didn't want to eat anything and that was the only thing that I could manage to eat. As for the green tea, normally having a hangover makes you really thirsty and green tea has antioxidants in it so it really helps!

Hope you cure your hangover. :]

When u know dat u've had 2 much to drink mix the juice from 1/2 a lime & a teaspoon of baking soda in a glass with water & drink it all down, don't sip, it bubbles in the glass but it definately settles ur stomach. Also drink as much water as u can, it helps.

FOOL PROOF!
After a night out drinking, drink an entire glass of water with 1 gravol before bed. Drink another glass of water and take a dose of pepto bismol. Wait a bit and eat a banana. Shouldn't feel a thing.

After a night of drinking, usually tequila and beer, I drink some coffee w/sugar before going to sleep and usually I wake up without any hangover symptoms. Of course, I'll need to sleep the usual 8 hrs. to feel completely symptomless ... works for me.

DON'T TAKE TYLENOL BEFORE GOING TO SLEEP! It causes liver damage. You're already damaging your liver by drinking - taking acetaminophen (among other meds) makes it much worse. Once in a while's ok, but it would serve you for the long run to find a better remedy.

Drinking water over the course of the night should help a lot.

Whenever i have a hangover i find that fresh, citric juices help, like fresh orange or tropical or something. Apple, not so much.
