As I suffer from Hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating), home remedies were merely pointless for me. To treat excessive sweating, I am using Electro Antiperspirant now. It is amazing. Beside that, I used to drink sage tea, that helped a little.

I have suffered from excessive sweating. Sweating is caused by a number of factors. I numbered my problem to two factors: anxiety and caffeine intake. I cured myself by giving up my daily cup of coffee and replacing it with hot tea mixed with a few pinches of passion flower. This not only helped reduce my caffeine intake it also introduced me to the wonderful world of tea! Passion flower can be bought ground up (powder form) at natural health food stores. I no longer suffer from excessive sweating and can wear cotton t-shirts again!

Ok i have struggled with crazy sweating problems for years. I have tried some crazy things and not one worked. We all know how stressful this can be and then you start to sweat more. But anyway I know this is not a home remedy but it helped me. Go to the pharmacy, buy a product called 'certain dry' Folow the directions to a T and I promise this will work. I also put a different anti-perpirant on in the morning but that is optional. I strongly sugggest this one!

I have stuggled for over 20 years with sweating excessively. I'm a female and this has always been a major source of embarassment for me and infact prevented me from participating in many physcial activities such as hiking, working out, ect because of embarassment. I'm not talking a little sweat, sweat is normal..I'm talking fully sweating so that clothes and hair are damp even after minor exercise. I'm also not overweight so that's not part of the problem. After 20 year of struggleing with this..I have found a miracle cure!..it's so simple I can't belive it!! Thank you God!! I just started drinking Green Tea...and a lot, All day, every day for the past week. I have been going to the gym and I CAN'T BELIVE IT! I used to start sweating REALLY bad after 5-10 minutes. I was on the tread mill for 45 minutes and DIDN'T EVEN BREAK A SWEAT!! I hope this is helpful to someone else who might be struggling with this also. Post your comments after you try it.
