you will need

-Several teaspoons of baking soda

-Enough lemon juice or water to form a paste

-A toothbrush

Mix several teaspoons of baking soda with enough fresh lemon juice (or water) to make a paste. Wipe your teeth and any extra saliva off of them with a paper towel. Put a good amount of paste onto your toothbrush and apply. Leave the paste on for 1 minute, then rinse, so as to avoid the acid effecting enamel. If you are using just water you can leave it on for up to 3 minutes

Whitening teeth naturally is a easy task and also safe, as it is not having any side effect. There are several ways like you can make use of the baking soda, orange peels or lemon peels, this is best one as it also help to avoid bad smell of the mouth. Only you need to do is leave it in the mouth for a minute and wash off. Or else you can make use the Apple cider vinegar it is very easy to use just use it as toothpaste or rinse your mouth thoroughly with it.

Brush your teeth with a whitening toothpaste that already has baking soda. Then your teeth like u normally do over and over (at leasts 5 times). U might get imediate results. But brush like i said 3 times a day for a week at you'll get some pretty good results. If u dont get good results brush for a couple weeks.

I work in a dental office. Brushing your teeth with a salt mixture will only erode your healthy enamel. Try using baking soda on your tooth brush moisten under tap water. Then each night use a cap full of peroxide to gargle with. This will help whiten teeth over a period. This method is less evasive on the healthy enamel.

I've tried several of the remedies on this site and quite a few of them made a difference, so i combined a few of them and this is my final treatment:
- Make a mix of tooth paste (I use sensodine repair and protect), mouthwash (any but avoid using lots of it as it can cause ulcers), baking soda/ bicarbonate of soda (not too much) and table salt.
- Use one tablespoon of toothpaste, one teaspoon of mouth wash, half a teaspoon of bs and a pinch of salt.
- Use this like regular tooth paste but ONLY once every two days. Use your regular tooth paste as normal, twice a day and after sugary foods. You don't use the mix very often as the bs can wear down enamel if over used on your teeth, which is why it is also recommended to only use the treatment for three weeks.
- It is also best to wait half an hour after food to brush your teeth as otherwise you are brushing off the enamel that was loosened during eating.

ok so I tried just peroxide and you just put a little in your mouth and at first it is just like water then if starts to foam you know its working because its cleaning and you need to spit it out once in a while but it works! beware it doesn't taste that good and after about 10 minutes you just rise with water for about 2 minutes then brush your teeth with your regular toothpaste
