The best thing I have found to improve my memory is...darn it!  I forgot!  Oh yeah!  Ginkgo Biloba!  Found in the herb and vitamin isle of any drug or store, taken daily Ginkgo Biloba will improve memory function immensely.  I am embarrassed to admit I had to set up a daily reminder to take it because otherwise I'd always forget!  Two weeks later you will notice the improvement in your memory.  There are vitamins and herbs that are useless, Ginkgo Biloba is not one of them.

Dementia in its simplest form means deterioration of mental functions, which includes memory, orientation, judgment and other intellectual functions. When the illness is well advanced, the diagnosis is obvious. However, at the very beginning of the illness, diagnosis is difficult, as depression, a very treatable disorder, may well be confused with early dementia.
Allopathic treatments do not cure Dementia. They are merely a way of suppressing symptoms.
Ayurveda, Advanced Resonance Homeopathy, Allopathy and Chinese Medicine with modern science will help you to make you from dis-ease to ease.
The homeopathic products like Brain 200,OM 5 Circulation formula,T 6 Brain liquescence and VBC Pro B complex with herbal preparation like Tab Cognium will help by

Don't want to advertise, but go to smartpowders.com Try a few of the less expensive ($10 or so) powders they have. These are remedies most people are unaware of.

These did not work instantly for me, but only after using other herbs, etc. that are good for memory I noticed a big difference. Before, when I used these remedies (such as the usually recommended herbs for memory) they would not help. But after using a few products from the above website, these other herbs helped. I think these powders from the above site helped to trigger something in me so that other remedies would work...

Calcium pyruvate helps also.

Might not work for everyone, but it did for me. Tape record the information to want to remember, then play it really quietly, in a loop while you sleep.

(the quiet part is the key, your brain will pick it up still, even if you can't barely hear it. Plus you don't want to disturb your sleep.)

PLEASE comment on this if you try it, I want to know if it works for anyone else!!!! I did it for all my exams

Oysters help improve your mental functioning by supplying much-needed zinc.

If you want to remember information try studying right before a nap or before bed. Psychologists have discovered that the brain will store information better if rested after study. Try it. It works!
