PLEASE everyone stop stressing about your weight. Try and be happy with who you are. Skinny, short, fat, tall, who cares?

My girlfriend died to this 'EVERY FUCKING WOMAN (or man) IN THE WORLD NEEDS TO BE PENCIL THIN AND WEIGH A THIRD OF A POUND OR ELSE THEY ARE SUPER SUPER FAT AND UNATTRACTIVE' shit. Now I know that that's an over exaggeration, yes, but it is kind of that way. My girlfriend wasn't the only one to literally starve herself to death just because she didn't have Megan Fox's (super hot) body. Personally, I would have taken my girlfriend over Megan. Because I luvver'd her.

And thanks to fucking idiots who look down on everyone else for not weighing 2IB's, she's dead.

LEMON JUICE..!! LOTS OF IT..!! AND not the BOTTLED STUFF..THAT'S PROCESSED, AND DOESN'T WORK!!...

Bake the lemons @ a low heat in your oven (250-350 F), until the skin cracks. Juice your lemon, and use at least 2 tablespoons a day! This aids in the digestive tract, strengthens the gums,cures most gum disease, and boosts the immune system!! Lemons are a 'body disinfectant', killing those 'bad' bacteria. Go look on the web, for yourself..you may find that some doctor or naturalpathic doctor has the simular info out there somewhere.!! Very effective at weight loss too.!!

Try making your favorite iced tea, slice lemons up and put them in the jug, add sweetener to taste. (mmmm YUM!)

There is no magic cure for all people. Each person is different. But, here is the general idea to loose weight.

Consume less calories, exercise more.

I assume that I am going to get nasty comments, but the combination of those two things are what will really help in the long run. You may drop 20 lbs on the latest fad diet, but you'll gain it back when the diet wears thin!

One piece of advice I want to share is this though. If you are craving chocolate, eat chocolate. Or ice cream, chips, what ever it is your craving. But do it in moderation. This is how I would end up....

Hmmm I want candy. I will have an apple.

10 min later.....

Apple didnt do it, I'll have some fruit snacks.

10 min later......

That didn't work. Maybe a small cookie or two.

10 min later....

Argh! Fine. I'll just eat the whole king size candy bar.


I would end up consuming WAY more calories than if I would have just eaten the stupid candy.

Do NOT skimp on healthy carbs. The Atkins diet is asking for a heart attack and numerous other health problems. Any good doctor will tell you it is horrible. Eventually you will break down and go off it, and when you do you will gain weight SO much faster than going off any other diet. Some good diet tricks are: go running and if you can sprint at the end of your run, tone the parts of your body you hate like you stomach, thighs and butt. So do sit ups or that machine the Ab Slider is really good if you start out with a little each day and keep at it. To avoid getting a really sore stomach do a backbend after you exercise it. For you butt and thighs, put your hands behind your head and crouch like you are going to sit down, then come back up to standing position. Do this repeatedly, or you can just hold the crouching position. Also whenever you are just sitting around flex you thighs or but or move your feet or something so you can get even more exercise in. Drink lots of Green Tea preferably organic and decaffeinated. And eat healthy, all natural foods, as much organic as you can. Dont eat white flour, and skimp on sugar fat and salt. and drink lots and lots of water. Ice water helps you burn calories because your body has to work to raise its temp again. Eat when you are hungry and eat until you are comfortably but not overly full. Have 3 meals a day plus one or two snacks. And every once and a while eat something unhealthy so you dont go crazy. Always eat whole grains instead of bleached flour and bran is wonderful too because when you s*#@ you lose weight. And bran cleanses your digestive system. Plus remeber that appearance is about 1% as important as tv would like to make it seem. Please dont become anorexic. i lost 15 pounds in four months doing this:

july and august: biked 5-10 miles everyday and water-skied and windsurfed twice a week. eating style: ate pretty much whatever i wanted to. I lost about 5 pounds of fat and gained about 5 pounds of muscle.

september and october: became a member at a women's only gym and went 2-4 times a week while eating very strictly. this means: breakfast:plain non fat yogurt with strawberries, sliced up plum, grapes, one kiwi. lunch: half of a grilled chicken breast, one apple sliced up, grapes, 10 pretzels. dinner: other half of chicken breast, a few pretzels, an apple, a glass of milk. i lost 7 pounds.

november: just starting this month, i've made my diet even stricter by changing my grapes at lunch to carrot sticks and baby tomatoes-this is for less sugar but also to get essential vitamins. i've lost 3 pounds so far (about a week).

overall, i noticed my weight loss from cardio because it gave me so much more muscle that burns fat. on my thighs, which used to be all fat, are now dominated by muscle with almost no fat at all. also, eating strictly healthy foods (of course once a month i might eat something not so strict) i've lost a lot of fat. i don't rule out all foods, i'll give myself a little taste of chocolate when i really want it or a chip or too here and there but never more than it and there's never a day when i completely cheat. it makes me feel guilty and upset. i find that i'm so much happier now that i'm at a healthy weight and my nails and hair are so strong and shiny now. i feel more flexible and active overall and i finally love my body.

one tip that has come in so much handy!!!: whenever i feel the need to eat sugary or sweet foods (aka at night or watching t.v)-i eat sugar free orbit gum. the spearmint and sweetmint flavors are awesome and they are less than 5 calories a piece. i get these huge packs of them at BJ's, which is like costco, and it helps so much to keep me on track. i've also noticed that i don't like junk food anymore. the other day, my friend offered me a bite of her kit kat and i didn't want to be rude or say no (she's naturally stick thin and doesn't understand why i eat healthy) so i took a bite and didn't like it! it was so weird, i used to love kit kats but it tasted gross!! i think that my taste buds are changing and instead of wanting junk food or candy, i want fruit.

i know people are always looking for a quick fix to lose weight, but it isn't out there. i've tried just about everything, trust me. i've tried diet pills, they just make you have migranes and gain weight and feel guilty for wasting 20 bucks. i've gone through a year of yo yo dieting and even throwing up and starving myself, it only led to weight gain and depression. the only thing that helped was working out and slowly changing my diet to become more healthy. you cant' just eat cake and chips one day and then veggies and fruit the next, you'll binge and eat a ton of fattening foods by the end of the day. it took 4 months to bring my tastebuds to where they are today, its not easy but its so worth it. working out also released hormones that make you happy and feel good about yourself! they'll prepare you to make changes in your diet! and don't have cheat days!! they only make you feel guilty, gain weight, and make it that much harder to break the pattern and go back to eating healthy. it's better to have most days be healthy and then some days have a couple bites of the food you love, it's all about portion sizes!! don't give up and don't fall for stupid commercials about pills or surgery that don't work! anyone can lose weight, it's all about their attitude! don't give up, just work hard, remind yourself of what you want to look like and that little bikini you want to fit into and you'll do great! also, buy a weight scale but don't obsess over it! check your weight maybe twice a week to make sure that your on track but not everyday, your body changes with water consumption or muscle mass, you don't want to feel bad about your weight if you really are on track and are losing weight! i hope you guys all work hard and get really strong and healthy and feel great about yourselves!!! :D

My aunt's doctor told her to grink a full 8 oz. glass of water before and after meals to make yourself feel fuller so you won't eat as much. She tried it and lost 25 lbs.

My story: I'm 19 years old, 5'5', 255 lbs (but if you looked at me you'd be like well where the heck is it?)Its basically in my thighs and....ass lol. My stomach is starting to catch up. BUT if you are in the same situation as me:

1) To lose weight in your stomach try swimming or water aerobics (I used to swim every single day until we found out that I was allergic to chlorine)

2) Arm fat? Don't worry I have it too. Lift a few light weights while walking or stick your arms out to the side and rotate them in circular motion.

As far as dieting...I would say MINE is weird. I have tried MANY.

1) The Ramen Noodle diet. I bought 30 packets of noodles (different flavors) to represent each day of the month (I only eat once a day) This saved me money and helped me drop from 265 lbs to 255 lbs.

2) Vinegar water. I usually put a cap-ful in a bottle of water and keep it in the fridge. Take a few sips and then be on my way.

3) The Special K diet (Works only if you do it the CORRECT way and you absolutely HAVE to stick to it just like Weight Watchers)

4) Every Thursday I walk about 10 miles. Due to it now being the summer time I have to keep 2 bottles of frozen ice water in my small bookbag (I have asthma and when my skin gets overheated I have random nosebleeds) If you are not trained to walk 10 miles (20 in total for me, there and back) don't try it. Just walk a few miles a day until you are ready.

5) Cut out chocolates and sweets. I have menstruals for about a week so that would be the ONLY time I'd eat some junk...If you happen to slip and eat it walk it right back off or play a Wii game.

6) When you are walking suck in your stomach.

7) LOL. LAUGH.OUT.LOUD.

8) Don't sit in front of the t.v. and eat. Don't lay down and eat. Why? Because you won't even REALIZE that you will go back for more or wind up overeating. Plus you are also building up calories because you aren't doing anything active to burn them off.

9) I'm not really a fruit and vegetable person (this would probably help out big time in my diet) but...DEFINITELY eat your fruit and vegetables.

10) Stop stressing. Meditate. If you are religious turn off every single communication electronic in your house and talk to God :]

This might help a few people out. I should probably try to stick to my diet. I am out of high school now so I can focus more. :] Good luck!

OH wait one more! NEVER let somebody tell you that you can't do it! Constantly tell yourself over and over that you can do it. Keep positive thoughts in your head because negative thinking can also be heavy on your weight...IF you know what I mean. Hold your head up. When someone insults your weight just laugh and laugh and laugh until they wonder 'dude wtf are you laughing about?' :]

my Grandparents are big fit and health junkies. Unfortunately thick thighs, wide hips, and big butts are common for the women in my family but to maintain your curves and body fat distribution my grandmother recommended that if you drink 16oz of water mixed with apple cider vinegar a day you could lose fat without losing your shape. also if you cant get over the taste try eating a 100% fruit popsicle to mask it.. i like
EDY'S 100% FRUIT BARS IN LIME AND WILD BERRY W/ LOTS OF ANTIOXIDANTS. I've been doing this for 3 days now so far and my skin has cleared up and have been more 'regular'. i dont look at the scale but i feel great and my jeans come up a little easier :) hope this helps. remember that you could still be curvy AND healthy.

If you want to lose weight, reducing your calorie intake and exercising is the best way.

When I had cancer, I was in a wheelchair and could not exercise at all. However, the medicine I was on made me gain about 50 lbs and I was pushing 200 pounds. So, I reduced my calorie intake to no more than 1600 calories a day. The easiest way for me was to carry a notebook with me and write down the calories of everything I ate. There are many books that have calorie content of food, so you don't have to be afraid of eating out.

It may seem like a hassle, but it only takes a couple of seconds, and nobody really notices. Also, you're able to find foods that you can eat a lot of on low-calorie. For instance, you can eat an entire box of Animal Crackers for like, 120 calories. A whole box! It fills you up and is a healthy snack.

I lost 60 lbs without exercising because I never ate over 1900 calories, it wasn't difficult, I didn't feel like I was starving, I ate anything that I wanted and I lost weight with my little book. Over time, you just get less hungry. Some days I'd eat exactly 1900, and that's it, some days, I'd eat like 300. NEVER eat only 300 a day on purpose, but sometimes you're just not hungry, that happens especially when you get used to diets.

Anyway, it worked for me.

If you are just looking to tone, and loose a few inches quickly I would suggest trying a herbal body wrap. Going to a spa and getting this is around $90 per treatment. I am going to give you a recipe to create your own. It worked for me, hopefully it would work for you as well.

SIMPLE WRAP

Clay Body Wrap Recipe
1 cup bentonite or green clay
1/4 cup sea salt
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 cups water

You can also add some herbs and esential oils.

herbs: Alfalfa leaf powder, ground basil, chamomile flower powder, rose petal powder, rosehip powder

esential oils: Lavender, sage, lemon, sandlewood, lemongrass, rosemary, grapefruit, olive oil

Boil water and add sea salt until it is dissolved. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Adjust the water if necessary to form a wet paste.

Rub the mixture over your entire body and cover yourself with thin towels or a clean white sheet. For better results wrap yourself in plastic wrap over the exsisting towel or white sheet that is used

Lay in the tub for a minimum of 45 min. to one hour


This is also a good way to draw toxins out of your body. This can be messy so I would suggest taking the wrap in the bath tub

Make all your food raw. Just go 100% raw foods for 30 days straight. No counting carbs, calories, fat, protein, etc. I did this and dropped 12 of my last 17 lbs that I had struggled with for over a year. I dropped those 12 lbs in a month without even trying. The only thing I didn't make raw were my drinks. I still drank coffee, green tea and herbal tea and had a double shot latte one time a week, and these were still the results I got. Keeping the non-raw drinks in might slow down the detoxification and cleansing process, but if you're not ready for such a drastic change, it's good to keep the drinks in then. I still eat around 80% raw foods and have been maintaing my weight loss (I went on to lose the other 5 the following month) just nicely!

Double your doseage of water during the day. Experts say to take your weight and divide it by 2 and that is how many ounces of water you should drink a day or more. It will flush your system of all it's crap and you will have clearer skin and unchapped lips and feel more energized as well. It works for me and it's cheap.

Apple cider vinegar. Make sure it's not distilled add 2 teaspoons to 8 oz of water 3-4 times daily before you eat. You can add a little cranberry juice or with apple juice you can't taste it at all. If you stick with it you will feel better and it's great for you!! Seriously google it apple cider vinegar is FANTASTIC for you and not just weight loss but your skin as well.

Don't overfill yourself. Stop eating as soon as you have your first belch, or to about 3/4 of your food capacity. Eating to full capacity or overeating will stretch the stomach.

get an active dog. i got a dog 2 months ago and i've lost 10 lbs just by exercising with her. we jog one day and walk the next (for 20 -30 mins or so) i've always hated to exercise. i get bored in gyms, or walking...etc. but exercising with my new friend is so much better :)

I find that if you eat lots of salad with homeade dressings (vinegar & oil) and exersise you lose weight, obviously. The dressing has no unwanted fat or additives in it. Just use it sparingly though. A little goes a long way. For the exersising bit, lay on your back, and put your feet in the air. Then, made circles with your legs like you're riding a bike. It gets your legs toned, and your tummy smaller. All the stars do it, you can too! (A salad I recommend is, iceburg lettace, strawberries, apples and a dressing of vegetable oil, balsamic vinegar and sugar. Yum!!) :)

The trick to losing weight is making yourself feel full. Part of this is contributed to the taste buds. If you eat something plain and bleah your tastebuds will tell you to eat more because they want flavor. What I like to do is take a hunk of cheese and put it on a fork. A very small hunk of cheese. I use the little laughing cow circles that come in net bags. I hold one end of the cheese in the candle flame and wait till it is just about to drip(it will be black, but that is the smoke, not burnt cheese)then eat the sizzling part of the cheese. It will have a nice smoky flavour. Keep doing that till all the cheese is gone. Your tastebuds and your stomach will be full, even if you were starving before. Also, if you must have a dessert, eat a piece of fruit. Everyone groans because that sounds tough. But there are many varieties of fruit that are easy to eat you don't have to stick to strawberries, grapes, and apples! Instead of peeling a kiwi, cut it in half and use a spoon. If you like peaches, nectarines are similar but have edible skin. Blueberries are great and enexpensive. Start out eating a piece of fruit and a cookie, then cut it down to just fruit. Your tastebuds will change and you won't mind the fruit, especially if you have variety. Enjoy!

Drink loads of water
Eat as many fruit and veggies
1 type starch a day
Try not to have a lot of milk
Before sleeping drink a tsp apple cider vinegar (will burn fat while you are asleep)
Stay away from sweets, chips, chocolate.
If really craving something sweet have one canderal chocolate bar,
Only have once a week, if can help don’t have at all.
Oats for breakfast with 2tsp sugar….not aloud sugar in anything else..
Only have tea or coffee twice a day, no more than twice a day.
Try to exercise about 30 min even if just walking but you must power walk.
Do twenty sit ups daily.

When you are hungry eat sparingly, enjoy every mouthful, and eat slowly so your brain can have time to register when you are full. If you do not eat, food becomes more desirable and there is a chance when you do come to eat, you will over eat. REMEMBER GOING ON A DIET IS TRAINING TO BE FAT.

I know everyone is on the low-carb or no-carb diets right now but i lost 50 in like 10 months pounds eating just carbs and fruit. call me crazy but i found that for a snack i would grab a tortilla and eat it totally plain and it filled me up. almost to the point where i wasnt hungry for the next meal hours later. and when i wanted something sweet i ate watermelon, a peach, or a couple of strawberries. i had little to no cravings for anything else. And you know what i didnt even know i was doing it until my mother pointed out that all i was eating was carbs and fruit. so if i didnt even notice for like 6 months and i was losing so much weight how bad could it be?

That is not a healthy way to diet. You can eat 3 meals a day. Make breakfast the largest. Dinner the smallest. Stay active through out your day. Drink filtered water with lemon juice. Deep breathe for ten minutes daily, with no distractions. Inhale threw your nostrils feeling the oxygen cause your belly to rise, hold for 2-3 seconds ( avoid causing your chest to rise) then exhale out your mouth. Go to sleep at a reasonable time, between 830 -10 arise between5-7am. Eat organic fruits, vegetables, dairy, nuts, etc. Avoid hydrogenated oils, corn syrups, anything with chemicals, ( read ingredients).
Think positive, think your way thin. Meaning imagine yourself thin, how you will feel and appear. Avoid saying I'm fat, say I am thin every morning when you arise, really believe and feel it as if you are at that very moment.
Laughing is a great way to become thinner, workout while watching a comedy on tv.
Avoid fast food restaurants and fatty foods.
Eat honey
Swap cooking oils and use- organic Coconut oil
Drink organic apple cider vinegar diluted with water.
Take herbal supplements daily
Get sunlight at least 30 minutes daily overweight people are vitamin D deficient. So get sunlight!

A five year old's weightloss tips:

Ok ...seriously folks! One day my 5 year old grand-daughter gave me her tips on weightloss as follows:

- Eat all your vegetables.
- When you are hungry, drink lots of water.
- When you are tired, take a nap.
- After your nap, go to the store and buy more vegetables.

Wow!! She covered it all! ... Eat right (eat all your vegetables), drink lots of water, get plenty of rest (take a nap) and get your exercise (go shopping). So there you have it! If a 5 year old can figure this out, we should be able to as well.

Okay im 16 years old 5'6' and weighed 184 pounds..clearly overweight.i saw my love handles get bigger and bigger!but mom would buy me whatever i pleased for >.> i'd snack BIG!on cheetoes and what not!but i saw my image in the mirror one day...and began noticing that i oughta start losing some weight...if i wanna live healthier and longer of course.
So i took action the very next day...Getting my hands on lots of water and watching my calories.keeping my distance from junk food.And refusing junk food from friends and family.Switching to wheat bread,low fat milk,eatng fruit instead of junk!So i kept a well balanced diet and consumed 1000 to 1200 calories a day.I lost 24 pounds in exactly 2 months!i could not believe my eyes!i weigh 160 and im still losing! :)

Green tea is a complete expert when it comes to weight loss. I've been drinking it for just a few months now and have gained incredibly visible results. I am also not dieting or taking any weight loss pills, which just proves the power of the tea. One to three cups a day should be fine.

okay, i know this world is now sooooo obsessed with being pencil thin. who can really blame us with all the media goes around glorifying? but, there are many ways to loose weight. i know everybody is different, but i'm gonna post what helps me.

1. drink LOTS, LOTS AND LOTS of water. soda, alcohol, and sugary drinks make things WORSE. WAY WORSE. i'm not saying to completely stop drinking them, but just drink them in moderation

2. exercise.

3. don't eat super late

4. don't be afraid to sweat! sweating is your best friend when it comes to loosing weight!

its honestly just that simple (for me anyways). i've NEVER once changed WHAT i eat. i just cut down and exercise afterwards. i've lost more weight recently due to my braces. i can't eat certain things and certain textures. that's another suggestion; just get braces and you'll loose weight!

Okay... my recomendation is to cut out Soda completely... doing this is REALLY HARD but it seriously WORKS!! just drink lots of water and a glass of skim milk a day! i lost 5lbs. the first week and 2lbs. every week after! without exercise! yay! :P

okayy guys soo i use to weight 162 Lb i was really overweight and i was desperate because i would try some of my old cloth on and it was depressing noticing the cloth not looking good on me and i could see all the jelly roles and the fattness surrounding me soo i felt sso frustrated with my body that what i did was drink Herbaalife Tea in the morning and in the afternoon eat but i would not weat bread and at nights i would dring a Herbalife tea and a milkshake <--herbalife milkshake lol,and i lost around 25 in one month it's amazing because iv been doing that the past 3 years and my weight right now is 130 !:) i am really haappy of how i look youll should tr it it really worrkss!

drink 5 cups of green tea a day. drink 8 cups of water a day with about 1/4 tsp of apple cider vinegar per cup. it speeds up your metabolism like crazy. eat healthy breakfast, with lots of protein and veggies, make lunch slightly smaller, and dinner the smallest meal of the day. can loose about half a pound a day doing this and you dont have to starve or work out :] and love your body! it makes it work faster somehow

I'm currently trying to lose weight after having a baby 5 weeks ago... So far Ive lost almost all the extra fat around my waist... Someone once told me if you can stick to a diet plan for three weeks it will come naturally after that, your body will be used to it! All Ive been doing is drinking water CONSTANTLY!!! I keep a big jug of water by my side and everytime I feel the urge to eat I drink water... It fills you up and once you get to the point that the water no longer quinches the hunger I will eat Some steamed veggies or a turkey sandwhich on wheat bread... Im not taking any diet pills and Im not excercising any... I take a super B complex tablet every morning for energy... Once I have my 6 week check up with my doctor I will start running and excercise, but so far so good....

I also heard of another great remedy for weight loss and its a gallon of green tea with and sliced tagerine and a cup of mint leaves... As soon as I get a chance to get to the grocery store Im going to try it out and see how that goes!

But cutting back is hard but if you can make it through the first three weeks it will be a breeze... It just takes alot of determination!

In reality, sorry to say U HAVE TO EXCERSICE. There is no way u can accurately and safely loose weight without gaining it BACK, if u dont exercise; trust me that was me back then.. Anyways i think any would prefer looking toned than jiggly..lol..sux i kno

Well this is my remedy, i lost 25 pounds..

First off i do drink tea twice a day specifically Tadin ZENDO DIETERS TEA.. i switched from lipton green to this tea and it works so much better..you can find it in walmart and it only cost $2..One in the morning and one at night

2nd, the hardest part FOOD...well i do eat healthy but when cravings kick in i eat in moderation..lets say if i want a burger(no fries), ill eat it before 3pm because the rest of the day my body is busy..or wuts best is eating 2days healthy and the third day have urself wutever u want..try not to eat after 7pm..if ur hungry eat fruits(like anyone does that) honestly i eat a bowl of cereal with skim or 1% milk.
try not to eat more than ur calorie consumption..that helps me alot..

3rd. one hour of excercise everyday 4-5times a week..pick up a excercise video from walmart, run w/ abdominal excercises..anything..just excercise

and last drink lot and lots of water!

the tea and healthy eating is the key.. also if u can find an aloe drink that cleans out your system naturally..i make my own by slicing the aloe and water then blending it together.

My suggestions are:
- Drink lots of water
- Eat more and more often (every 3 hours)
- Eat the same amount of carbs, fat and protein (good ones)
- Exercise 2% of your time and work bigger muscles
- Avoid sugar completely, you can replace it if you like sweets
- Do power walking within your exercise routine
- Calculate your RMR (www.fmp2010.com/calculator)
- Don't ever cut calories more than 20% of your RMR
- Watch your body fat percentage instead of your weight

Ever since I had my 2nd child I have been struggling to lose the extra weight. I began taking 2 types of pills to help control my weight. Now the will sound weird but bare with me. Simple, I lost 2 stone in 2 months.

Basically I ate an apple/orange and drunk a glass of water before each meal and took a bladderwrack slimming aid tablet aferwards and chewed gum.

I did not eat much sugar apart from fruit and NO BREAD/ PASTRY etc. The only carb was a healthy brekkie cereal as I found it gets you going...

An example would be:
(remember the apple/ orange/ water/ bladderwrack rule for every MEAL)

breakfast: cup of tea, 30g alpen with semi skimmed milk, 20g strawberrys, bananna

Mid morning: fruit smoothie no added sugar/ cream/ ice cream. 1 hard boiled egg.

Lunch: pure orange juice, low fat soup (vegetable, tomato, chicken noodle) anything with no fatty meats or potato in. small fresh salad with tomatoes (sea food, lean meat or plain) NO cheeses or fatty meats. Cup of tea

Afternoon snack: 3 rashers of grilled bacon NO fat/ trimmings. peach/ pineapple.

Dinner: Grilled small chicken breast or 1/2 a large one. 1/2 cup carrots. 1/2 cup leek.

Evening snack: crabstick/ small slice of chicken, 1/4 cup of mixed carrot sticks/ celery. teaspoon if pickle.

Dont drink sugary pop.

Another example could be:
Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs, cup of tea, 20g peaches, banana.

Mid morning snack: small pot (20g) mixed beans/ dried fruit, small low fat cereal bar.

Lunch: salad with 1/2 grilled chicken breast, beetroot, onion, tomatoes. cup of tea. small pot (20g) of seafood (no sauce)

Afternoon snack: cup of tomato soup (not a full bowl), 20g grilled parsnip peices.

Dinner: small grilled fillet of cod/ lean beef. 1/2 cup red cabbage, 1/2 cup peas.

Evening snack: 1/2 cup carrot/suede mash (hot), fruit salad.

Also after a month or so i started introducing other meats such as lamb and pork, still no bread/ butter/ pastry though.

After a further month I introduced low fat cheese spread on riveta with tomatoes, and 20g baked beans with lunch.

Am 60...did Dr. Akins several years a go and ended up in the hospital. Today the things I do: eat organic when I can, taking molasses, vinegar and honey mix every day keeps lots of calicum et al and balance for my body. Eating alkaline foods vs acid foods. FYI: spices are alkanline, cabbage, water, lemons as example. Work at getting enough minerals every day 1,200 mg calicum, 600 mg magnesium, zinc and 3,500 potassium ....I keep cravings and over eating at bay! I'd say becareful of Metamucal. Is it mixed with sena which is a hard lax???? It's not regulated by the FDA (who knows what' in it) I'd stay with physium husk (take lots of water) if fiber is needed and staying with the right food fibers is important and calicum helps. I'll eat carrots in the afternoon and try to eat something dark green every meal ie, peas for breakfast. I have a computer diet program I use. The other thing I watch is my exterior. Hair, nails and skin. My nails use to be brittle and by taking enough minerals they are not that way anymore. If my nails are brittle my interior body is too! Yikes to think of brittle and soft veins. I mediate so-hummm often and feeling great, sleeping great and trying not to be stressed!

ok so im totally trying to lose weight i would wrap myself really tightly in plastic wrap and run a mile than i wouldnt eat any sugar and drink tea with no sugar (it might taste bad the first couple of time butt it gets better)then i drink LOTS OF WATER with apple cider vinegar (2 tsp. to every cup) i know it taastes really gross but i lost 9 pounds the first week i did this hope it helps

Someone once told me to think sugar as a 'white poison'. Not that it is of course, but if you can stay away from cake, chocolate, pop, candy etc. and obtain your sugar cravings and needs through fruit, honey, and some vegetables you'll find yourself much better off.

I was a 450+ lb WOMAN, & I have lost almost 180 in 14 months. This is what I did:

-Cut down soda & junk food to a huge minimal.
-Drink 1/2 to 1 gallon of water daily. Drink 2 glasses of water before a meal to curb your appetite.
-Eat lots of fresh veggies & fruits
-Take the stairs when you can.
-Heavy deep breathing.
-B 12 vitamins help promote weight loss

I also took a fat burning supplement called Simerex-ex with ephedra extract. A lot of people are against 'diet pills', however this supplement helped me to lose weight, gain energy, & help with regular bowel movements.

There is no miracle cure. Losing weight takes discipline & hard work. It doesn't have to be torture though!

Drink Apple Cider Vinegar. AT least 2 tablespoons a day. Some mix it with water and honey. And others just drinks it in shots. Its up to you. Apple Cider Vinegar will balance your body's PH level. Weight Loss

Add a fruit or a vegetable to every meal. Dont skip breakfast, ever. Breakfast actually reduces your total calorie intake, and jump starts your metabolism in the morning, very helpful for weight loss.
For snacks, focus on fruits and veggies or carbs like muffins. Muffins are yummy, too! Dont work so hard at skimping on food, but focus on what youre eating, instead. This can take a few weeks to ease into, but if you set up a schedule of 4 or 5 weeks, and add a new habit each week, it will be very easy.

Walk for at least 15 minutes every day, or a half hour every other day.
Following the walk, lay down on the floor and do flutter kicks. Lie on your back and put your hands by your hips. Then, pretend that there is water that comes just to your chest, and you have to keep your head above it, and splash your feet in the water. This especially helps to tighten/ strengthen the lower abs, and the lower back, and helps you fit into your clothes even faster! Also, if your arms are a problem, try doing simple pushups, starting at the dining room table, or wall, to begin. Just put your hands about 6' below your neck on the wall to begin, and do 5 sets of 10 the first week. You can do reverse push ups too, by facing away from the wall and placing your hands by your hips, and pushing off the wall in sets. Gradually, move to a table, then a chair, then the floor. Once you can do push ups on the floor, you can graduate your legs, on books, then on a chair.. this can really tone up your arms, but its a gradual process! Stick with it!

The average human body burns 1800 calories a day. If a person consumes less than 1800 calories a day, they are almost more than gauranteed to lose weight. Excercise can add to your calorie count by using an aproximate calories burned with calculators on the internet. Remember everyone will burn differently, as well as weight loss is NEVER and I mean NEVER a quick fix. If an add claims to work within a week, by losing more than 5 pounds. It is unhealthy. Please be patient and take your time. Read for calories and eat negative calorie foods like lettuce, celery, and cabbage. To aide this venture, drink lots of water, like 8 glasses a day. (I know its annoying, but it does help.) Remember weight loss takes time.

There is no magic pills or extreme dieting tips here just good old fashion REAL Food. I gave up processed foods. I eat fresh fruit and vegetables and lean meats.The more you cook yourself the more comtrol you have on what is put on your food. Examples for braekfast i have 1cup of plain oatmeal with splash of milk and scliced berries or honey,1cup of coffee with milk and 1tsp of sugar and 1strip of turkey bacon or sasage. snak will be 1 piece of fruit or raw veggies, lunch is broth base soup and whole wheat sandwich lean chicken breast and all veggies you like, snak befor dinner might be raw veggies with hummus, dinner consist of baked sweet potatoe steamed veggies and grilled lean meat of choice. drinks lots of lemon water all day

Whenever you feel hungry, drink plenty of water to fill you up. If you still want that chocolate cake, eat cereal with little amount of sugar. It's hard but worth it. You can also make a large salad with every vegetable or fruit you like. There are many ideas, just be creative in a healthy way.

combine 1 tea spoon apple cider vinegar and 1 cap (approximately 1 tea spoon) lemon juice for every cup of water.

The water will keep you hydrated while the apple cider vinegar works to boost your metabolism and the lemon juice makes the vinegar taste a little more bearable.

IT WORKS TOO.

People today lean, when they're at school, at work, even when walking. They hunch their back. You will look like one of those old ladies with hunchbacks. Anyway, what you have to do to get toned and loose some weight is sit/stand with you're back strait. I don't mean somewhat strait, I mean so strait I can put a ruler to it. When you're sitting like this, lean back a bit so you're body is like an obtuse angle. Whenever you sit, sit like that. It's tough but the outcome is great so good luck!

One good way to cut ALOT of calories and look alot better is to just cut back on soda and coffee.
Drink water and it gives you the feeling of feeling full and has no calories plus it is great for your skin.
Green tea is an awesome weight loss supp.

boil some water add about 4 green tea bags and let it set. pour it into a pitcher and add ice and some lemon. i leave it in my fridge and just drink that and water. it cleans out your system and makes you not hungry.
plus its about $3.00 at a grocery store

Reduce your meals to 45 carbs per meal. Have 30 carbs for snack (between lunch and dinner), and 15 carbs for evening snack. Cut out sugar completely. Drink diet soda if you must. Trust me... you will see results in the first couple weeks. I lost about 30 lbs in the first month! It'll work.

Cinnamon may help someone who is already trying to lose weight. stay away from simple carbs This would include sugar and white bread. Try buying a good sprouted bread as it has lots of protein and fiber and fills you up. Break up your calories into 6 small meals. Or 3 meals and 3 snacks. Fish or skinless chicken make for low calorie meals. I make sweet potatoe fries unstead of eating french friends. Coat with a low calorie spray and grill or bake. Also stay away from artificial sweetners like nutrasweet. It is a chemical and can make you crave sweets and store fat. Use splenda sparingly.
I found that my favorite treat was dark chocolate covered altoids. They last awhile and the chocolate makes you think you are indulging. But 2 mints are only 15 calories. Look for foods that have protein and fiber to keep you full. And apple with a tablespoon of peanut butter or a classic PB&J on a high fiber bread.
Do not drink 'sports drinks' while exercising. You will get stomache cramps. Save them for after your workout. Or a great post workout snack is an 8oz glass of chocolate milk. It has the right combo of protein and fat.

There are many people wants to loss their unnecessary weight.Foe weight loss purpose, you must have to choose the right diet plan, effective exercise, do yoga and walking. Drinking green tea is very helpful for weight loss. I prefer your-cup-of-tea.com and choose my best flavour of herbal tea.

IF YOU HAVE THE MONEY, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE LA WEIGHTLOSS PROGRAM. I heard that doing situps and crunches won't be effective to weight loss from the stomach. Because there is little muscle in the stomach, I heard that you should instead do walks, and excersize you're thighs and legs more and your stomach will follow. I don't know how true it is, but it seems to make sence.

Also, GO VEGITARIAN! Its moral, and you loose weight. Meat has a lot of fat in it, so its all good. And, one more thing that can help, but not anyone should do, is if you have ADD take adderall, it makes you're apitite less.

ive lost 13lbs in about a month and a half and all i do is eat one big meal once a day and walk about 2miles 4days a week. it sounds unhealthy but works for me and make sure u drink lots of water i prefer the flavored waters.. plain water in my town is nasty...

Try not to exert yourself directly after meals, physically or mentally, as the body needs to devote much of its energy to digestion to properly metabolize food and nutrients.

Excercising is very important if you want to lose weight. Going swimming or dancing or playing a basketball game with friends are some fun ways to exercise! But push ups, sit ups, and jogging daily are also good alternatives. The key is to combine exercising with something you like to do like watching tv. If you have space in front of your tv, turn it on, lay out a sheet or something in front and start excercising. Seems crazy but works great.

Actually recent studies have proved that low calories are not all that great It slows down your metabolism which is needed to burn up the calories in the first place so all your efforts to might be sabotaged because it can actually make you gain weight, when you burn of the calories that is to little mode your bodie thinks it is starving, this is what a my nutrionist told me .Although, it is a good thing to be aware of calorie counts your main concern should be when you eat (breakfast is a neccesity)
and what you eat not just how much calories the are. make an appointment with a nutrionist to see your daily calorie make up. Another cool fact I would like to say is you can eat anything!!! the catch is that you have to eat nuts unsalted right after it. nuts help your metabolism too!!! worked for me I lost 20 pound in one month!!! know I know that everyone is differnet, but at least try it for a month if it doesn't work than you can stop.

Stay away from fattening foods or foods with carbs. When eating, eat smaller portions and exercise daily. Protien is also good for you. I started working out regularly and eating more protien and I lost 15 pounds. I am now 115 lbs. an a size 2.

For Breakfast mix together 2 Tbs of honey and squeeze out the juice of half of a lemon. For lunch eat an apple and drink 2 cups of water, Then exercise (about 30 min). For dinner drink 2 cups of water and or a cup of tea and eat whatever you want. After that exercise (about 30 min to an hr).

Don't eat food or drink liquid that is extremely hot or extremely cold, as this will impede digestion. Try to eat food when it is at or slightly above room temperature.

WOW! Stan you just made my day. I'm really short but I'm overweight and I agree. I don't think whats on the outside matters at all. I was like these other people who were looking to ways to lose weight. then I read what you wrote and it totally changed my mind. I will chose to be happy in my skin for now on. I think everyone should unless they are doing it for a good reason. If you are unhealthy or have a 1st stage to a bad disease I think everyone should be happy :)

Last year I lost almost 20 lbs in 1 month. I ate one meal a day (a very healthy meal-and high in protein)danced for about two hours every night after eating- but give you food time to digest- and drank ice cold water all day until I felt like I was going to burst. I heard ice water burns calories and gives you more energy because your body works harder to warm it up. After I lost enough weight to wear my bikini again I started laying out in the sun and I lost even more weight- according to Jillian Michaels from The Biggest Loser, sweat is your friend especially if you are like me and your weight distributes evenly all over your body. I got pregnant after I lost all my weight and I just had my baby in January and I'm just now getting back on my diet so I can lose it all over again! It really works.

Oh my gosh. Okay so honestly like really honestly half the 'remedies' on here have wird names of oild or herbs or wraps and medicine that normal people probally dont just carry it around waiting for something of use to come up for it. If your a majorly over weight, or too skinny, or a couple extra pounds, or even just big in some places: try this and maybe no it will help you
okay so my sister Mary She is gorgeous like really pretty but shes not a twig so she thinks shes super fat:o i dont get it but she and i started going to the fitness center!!! it was great painful in the mornings but great!! We first would wrap our selves in platic wrap really really tight- then we would go 30 mins on the bikes that dont go any where:) then 15 mins on the tredmills- then use those wight things try not to make it all serious your more than less likely to quit have fun with it stand next to a cute boy/girl exercise with them !! i dont know bring bottled water doesnt have to be expensive just purified! then after about 3-4 hours go to the sauna !@!!!!!! be sure not to wear makeup it tends to make you look like hell!! ( i learned the hard way:((...) AFTER THIS YOU WORKED HARD ENOUGH go get your self a simple cookie!!! works for us. Its going to work for you
