First wash your eyes with clen water.
Take a peice of cotton
wet it by the cold water(not use chill cold, use normal)
put that cotton on your eyes(first close you eyes).
and make your room dark(no lighte).
And rest for 5 minuts.

Camomile Tea brew it really hot, let it cool down to room temperature, saok cotton swabs and place them over eyes. used this for all kinds of infections and eye wash.
Camomile tea is great for all kinds of cleaning.

I tried dipping a cotton pad in milk and let it sit on my eyes for 10 to 15 minutes 3x a week and it helped lighten the dark circles and the cool milk helps with the puffiness. Milk has a natural lightening effect.
