My granmother use to do this for my 1st baby. To remove formula and baby food stains, boil a pot of water once boiling turn off an add 1/8 of a cup of Cascade dishwashing detergent. Mix well then add clothes. Leave clothes to sit until water is cool, remove excess stuff(caked on cereal or formula) and wash normally. If baby's skin is sensitive, rinse twice. This is the only thing that got out all the stains on my most recent childs clothes and bibs.

For stains on carpets in a car from a spilled drink, especially milk, is to scrub it with shaving cream. This worked really well to make sure the milk stain doesn't smell later. After letting the shaving cream sit for awhile, suck it up with a vaccuum and apply again while scrubbing. After doing this 2-3 times pour baking soda on it and let it sit for a few hours. Make sure to let the space air out as much as possible.

my second cousin spilled spaghetti sauce on the house carpet. My grand mothers next door neighbor was visiting at the time this happened. Her neighbor ask my grand mother, Do you have any baby wipes? Her neighbor wiped the carpet with the wipes and the stains was gone. You could not even tell that the sauce had been spilled on the carpet. Hope this remedy works for you. It worked for me.
