A few things for Seasickness:
-go into the fresh air
-place 'ginger root' under your tongue & suck on it (this worked on a snorkelling trips in the Keys)
-lie down on your left (your stomache is closer to the right & this alleviates pressure on it, making nauseasness at ease)
-place cold wet towel on base of neck
-they say look at the Horizon, but it makes it worse for me.

Eat only a light meal before traveling. Do not eat until you are full.

Try to keep the head from rocking. When the vessel rocks one direction, counteract it by moving your head or body the other direction.

Ginger or pepermint and either lie completely flat or look in the direction you're going and get fresh air. oh and rub your wrists in your pressure points. I've been on sailing holidays since i was 8 and i've used them all on occasion!

Before you go out on to the water in the morning try taking a ginger pill. If you have some powdered ginger available it will work too.
