All you need:
q-tips
rubbing alcohol
neosporin

dip a q-tip in rubbing alcohol apply only to the pimple(s).. then apply neosporin to the affected area.

i do this twice a day. morning and night. but some people should probably stick to one a day if you have sensitive skin.

Ive had pimples disappear overnight.. but some take a few days.
its just a quick cheap and easy trick my grandmother taught me :)

put egg whites all over your face (like a mask)..egg whites are driers and will remove all the impurities from your face.leave it on until every spot is dry (depends on the type of skin you have) it works so well. use for 2-3 days or continue use. it works wonders. i swear by it. if you only have 1 day then use it once. it may not disappear but it will bring it way down and remove redness. It makes you skin super soft too!

I have had zits/pimples tried some things but this is the best thing i have used. go to your local pharmacy and get purell instant hand sanitizer (its only 0.25 cents) when you get home take off the cap stick your finger in and get some of it on your finger and put it on the pimple it will burn for about 20 seconds keep doing this a bunch of times a day until the pimple goes away. when i did it it only took 1 day but it depends how big and red it is this works beacuse it kills all the bacteria and germs in and on the pimple then dries it out it also helps if you pop it then put it on but thats optianal hope it works bye.

I have found that applying rubbing alcohol to the affected areas really makes a difference. If you have sensitive skin, I wouldn't suggest it, but it really helps to dry out the area and prevent infection!

Also, Clean and Clear (the PURPLE bottle)Continuous Control Acne Cleanser is a miracle worker! Use once or twice a day, depending on how sensitive your skin is and how bad your acne is! My dermatologist told me to use it and you can buy it at any Walmart! It really helps to cut down on how much you break out and helps to control it if you do!!!

I don't have chronic or cystic acne, but I do have very sensitive skin and can get breakouts from just about any type of irritation. So yesterday I was developing a big red stress pimple and came on this site to look for remedies. I saw a couple suggestions for using Green Tea topically. That was something I happened to have and it seemed gentle enough for my particular situation. I steeped a tea bag in hot water for about 30 seconds, then just laid down with the bag resting on my pimple for 10 minutes. I could tell immediately that it was a tiny bit better, but this morning when I woke up it was 90% improved. The inflammation was completely down and the redness was almost gone.
Weird thing was, when I woke up this morning, before I even looked in the mirror, I had a craving for green tea. Drinking coffee in the morning is normally my favorite part of the day. I love coffee, but today I didn't want it.

I have been a doctor now going on my 8th year. A doctor of medicine however - not a dermatologist.

There is no 100% way to clear your skin! There are some simple steps that will.

1. Drink lots of water. Not only does drinking lots of water help regulate toxins out of the body, but promotes good health anyways. Drinking lots of water has an effect on acne because the more efficient your body is running, the better it can fight those infections in your pores!

2. Pick the RIGHT skin care product! If you have oily skin DO NOT USE PRODUCT THAT DRIES YOUR SKIN!!! These products will help remove current pimples, but the body in turn produces MORE oil since your skin is so much drier and results in more clogged pores (acne)!

3. Eat healthy! Sorry folks, but greasy foods are not good - for anything. Not only do they raise our cholesterol levels and make our butts bigger, but they provide the extra oil and grease to clog our pores.

4. Exercise. Exercise keeps the body continuously working, and improving. The better shape your body is in, the less stress it has. Less stress = less acne.

I'm sorry there is no 1 perfect way to remove acne. A lot of medicines, or new acne products may help one individual, but not the next. Not only does the environment play an important role in our skin, but so does personal hygiene and GENETICS. Some people are just born to have zits!

P.s.

Be careful what 'home remedies' you use, you don't know how your body may react to some of these crazy concoctions talked about.

Pure lemon juice (non-reconstituted) and/or regular white vinegar dabbed on with a clean cotton swab. Also, the pure lemon juice will significantly reduce skin pigmentations to even out the skin tone if used regularly with this being the last step of your regimen. Be sure to rinse with cool water in the morning then cleanse and moisturize as usual.

I actually use diaper rash cream. (the good stuff)
If its' good enough to cure a rash on a baby's delicate skin, i figure it'll work wonders on mine!

It goes on thick, but works like a charm.

Dissolve 12 or so generic aspirin in a small clean cup (I use two disposable Dixie cups) in a bit of astringent toner and stir until relatively dissolved with a wooden stick. Smooth over skin and scrub just a bit, it should be thick and grainy. Leave it on until it either begins to itch or once it becomes a little uncomfortable. Rinse with cool water. It is a great exfoliator, mild pain reliever and an anti-inflammatory all in one. (Oh, the downside is you will have a little sneezing fit afterward)

100 % Tea Tree Oil(not diluted with various additives). It is one of the few essential oils that can be applied full strength. Do not get it in your eyes. It has a strong medicinal odor. Put it on at night if you do not want people to smell you coming before they see you. Try it for a few days.

Toothpaste only makes it worse! Don't do it, just use witch hazel and dove soap. The products out there just dry your face out. Also for a moisturizer use Burt's Bees Milk and Honey. Wash your face twice a day.. If you're the kind of person that picks at their face, right after use the witch hazel.

apply tape to your pimple. not the papery kind, the plastic clear sticky kind duh.. i use it on cystic pimples, the kind that develop under the skin and get infected and huge easily. apply tape before bed, when you wake up the tape will be gross and have pus on it. remove it and squeeze your pimple gently if necessary. then wash your face.

I just put Pepto Bismol on the pimples and wait for it to dry. after a couple of hours i wash it off. it dries up the pimple and gets rid of it, but depending on how big the pimple is it could take up to a week, otherwise it takes just a couple of days. you can put it on as much as you want and it doesn't have to be brand name, as long as it is the same thing.

I am a 14 year old teenager and as you imagine for a lot of kids this is the exact time kids start to have breakouts of pimples etc due to puberty etc. One remedy i have found that workes is to take a Warm wet not hot rag ( make sure it is a rag that has some texture and is rough ) and gently rub the pimple with it. Do not! i mean do not! pick at the pimple or it will bleed once the pimple is gone go to sleep and the next day it should look like it was never there

There maybe some good or safe ways to help remove pimples, but I remember hearing something you should never do! Do not squeeze your pimple! Doing this would just spread more pimples by forcing portions of the pus inwards! In some cases depending where the pimple is, squeezing it may cause a severe health risk!

after washing face with a cleanser
then apply to affected areas with a cotton bud then apply 100% tea tree oil to huge pimples and leave on over night wash off in morning. it makes the reddness go a little and tighten the pores and drys pimples

I don't know about you all but my skin is extremely sensitive. Whenever I get a pimple the area flares up and gets really red. I'll admit I am guilty of being a pimple popper, which usually makes the area look like carpet burn or something. That said... the best thing that I have ever used to heal my skin after a serious pimple popping sessions is Calendula cream. The stuff is incredible. If you have raw skin that is sore and damp this stuff will heal it in no time. Try and get the thickest Calendula cream you can find and just lather it on. Good luck
