Period Cramps Home Remedies:

My period cramps are completely life stopping, so I have a few tricks I've picked up. When my cramps first start I take a Period Cramp medication, usually Midol or Pamprin. Both work well, but I dont take them but once. After I have taken the one dose, I wear lose fitting jeans or sweats, once in your comfy clothes, take a break and lay down flat, on a soft surface of course. While laying down for around a half hour take deep and slow breaths, once ive done that the cramps are usually kept at bay for several hours. I hope this helps someone, I know how horrid the cramps can really be.

Ever since ive had a period ive had imobilizing pain from cramps. Nothing i tried would help including maximum strength pain killers. The only thing that has ever worked for me is putting a heating pad on my stomach. It works almost instantly. Almost any form of heat works though, like a hot bath. A heating pad is just the most convient.

whenever im on my period if you blend bananas into a liquid mush [add some water if needed] then put some lemon juice in the banana mixture, and some coconut juice along with that then pour the stuff in a cup with some gingerale in it and it should make the cramps go away. my aunt does it and she says it works like magic. ive never tried it because i dont have a blender and i dont know how to blend things that well. so yeah my aunt says it works but i dont know.

Water soluble aspirin is great cos i heard it thins the blood. It works faster and better than anything i have ever tried for period pain. By thinning your blood, your prescious organs are given tremendous relief. Your flow might be a bit thinner but thats ok when days of cramps will be a thing of the past!
