This is more of a reminder to those who tell me all the time exercising does not work. In order to burn carb's/calories While exercising you must keep your heart rate to a hightened amount gained Via Cardiovascular activities. Fast paced biking, Speed walking, Running, Swimming and many more For at least 30 mins every other day or at least twice a week. It is also best to stick to healthier foods. But the main remedy I have found with eating is to count your calories with a note pad or something of the such. This will keep you from over intaking food. Also, this does not work on every one. But Eating a hand full of nuts or a cup of yogurt with a spoon of granola in between each meal can help speed your metabolism. List of Healthy nuts. Wal-nuts, Almonds EXTREMELY good for males, Cashews, Pecans, Brazil nuts and Macadamia nuts.

I am in my mid-40's and still thin because I follow this diet: No white flour, white sugar, white rice, or white potatoes. Instead, I eat whole grains, honey, brown rice, and sweet potatoes. I never eat foods containing partially-hydrogenated oils. I eat a lot of fruit, vegetables, fish, poultry, nuts, and whole grains. I never skip meals and snack freely. Exercise is essential. So is taking vitamin and mineral supplements. Good luck on your diet!

Drink 16 ounces of water 1 hour before each meal and before bedtime. Also don't eat or drink anything that contains refined sugar. Exercise is recommnended for the purpose of toning while losing the weight. Suggested minimum requirement is walking 20 to 30 minuntes(continuously) 4 times a week.

You absolutely need to do some kind of exercise. I'm not talking training 3h 7 days a week; even the smallest life changes can help you in your weight loss; climb the stairs instead off taking an elevator; walk to the grocery store instead of driving; go for a walk around the block! And drink drink and drink water! Try avoiding processed foods with hydrogenated oils, artificial sugars, white flour, white rice, etc. Go for the most natural foods; fresh fruits and vegetables, brown bread and rice...even brown sugar and honey instead of white sugar makes a difference! I also find that yogourt is great, and try avoiding cheese and alcohol...Good luck!!

cut up ginger into thin sliced and boil it in a pot. after this has come to a boil, add in lemon slices. drink while its hot or wait to cool and pour into a water bottle and take it to go. this truly helps decrease appetite. this concoction also helps with nausea and is a very great replacement for gravol, if you dont get extremely carsick

Honestly, all you really need to do is count your calories and excercise. I know it sounds lke a lot of work, but its the best way to lose weight. There are no miracle diets.Doing this worked for me. I lost 20 pounds in about 3-4 months.

Avoid refined (white flours and white rice) sugars, caffeine, and exercise. If you can't avoid sugars or refined foods, take 1-2 capsule of cinnamon, or sprinkle cinnamon on the food if possible. This helps keep the blood sugar from spiking too quickly. This especially helps insulin resistance.

I used to weigh almost 400 pounds. When I decided to lose weight I cut what I ate in half and ate frequently. I walked everyday (I started with a mile, now I walk about 10 miles everyday). I also drank about two gallons of water a day. I got down to 172 in a little under a year.

According to my natural medicine research. Obesity can caused by choice or genetics.
* Drink alot of water
* Get a gym membership and workout
*use suana and steam room alot (to melt fat)
* stay as musch as you can from sugar, salt, and high furctose products.
*Eat organic
*Eat wheat bread insted of white.
*cut down the intake of fast food
* reduce intake of red meat.

The amount of food you eat or what you eat has nothing to do with your weight. I was a size 24 and went down to a size 6 . I eat whatever I want, including chocolate and how much I want. EXCERCISE IS THE KEY. If you walk a lot you can lose weight. You must burn more calories than you take in. I have kept if off for 27 years. starving yourself can make you anemic.

Forget most of this rubbish about weight loss. There is only one effective way to lose weight long term and that is definately not with exercise. Exercise does not burn much calories. The calories are mainly burn as heat for your body. So forget exercise... Only excerise if you want to.
So then how do you lose weight. Thats the easy part...have all the stuff that the so called 'experts' having been telling us to cut back on. 1. Most important thing you need in your diet is fat... heaps of it dont worry about the calories. You need at least 100grams a day and protein of about 100grams or more.
2.Lower carbs to around 100grams day. Reduce bread, pasta, potatoes and rice. I anit talking so called 'Health' fat. You need heaps of saturated fat in your diet to lose weight and be lean like a lion. Think about it why would eggs have the yoke in the middle. Why is the fat on meat surround by protein. This is food in its natural form. The more fat you eat the more fat you burn. Try it and you will never try another diet again!
