massage ur nails with almond oil daily . it not only makes ur nails stronger but also gives shine!!

To keep my nails strong and healthy, I rub them with Olive Oil every day. Just dip a cotton ball in the oil and rub into your nails. Then let it soak in for awhile. Also, I don't paint my nails that often, since it's not that good for your nails,along with nail polish remover. This remedy made my nails really strong and nice, and it also decreased the number of hang nails and peeled nails that I had. Hope this works for you!

Paint decolorized iodine onto your nails once a day for a week, then every other day for a week, then continually paint it onto your nails once a week. My nails were never very strong, they were always flimsy and easily broken, especially since i hate drinking milk in anything besides cereal. Try it!!

Ladies luv there nails .,, so here are small remedies to keep your nails healthy and beautifully..

1) Rub a slice of lime on your nail twice a day for pinkish nails..

2) Take more calcium ( this will prevent getting white spots on your nails )

3) Don't keep qutex more than one week ( coz this will make your nail darker )

4) Atleast do a medicure , pedicure ( treatment which Is done in salons for ur nails ) once s month.. :)
