Take half a unisom tablet every night. It helps a TON with morning sickness, and you are able to get more sleep, with helps with feeling sick anyway. Very easy... I went from throwing up 6 times a day to just once in the morning... saved my life!

When I was pregnant I didnt find out until later on in my morning sickness, but I would suck on LEMON DROPS! It helped me so much! As soon as I woke up I would pop one in and had to use them occasionally during the day. Crackers never worked for me. I will use this in my next pregnancies!! Hope this helps!

Ginger is a good way to help with morning sickness, but a physician should be consulted before taking large quantities, especially in cases with a history of miscarriage.

True peppermint (not artificial flavor or other mints) will soothe the nausea of morning sickness. I used 'Altoids' but other sources of peppermint (including smelling the crushed plant itself) will work.
