Your over-all health will be better if you stop using a micro-wave. When anything is microwaved, it completely changes it. Food in NOT food anymore! You're better off eating the box it came in! Look up 'dangers of micr-waves' on your pc. Some of these sights are written by people with a Phd. in physics and they know what they're talking about. Some countries have banned microwaves.
