If you want to remember information try studying right before a nap or before bed. Psychologists have discovered that the brain will store information better if rested after study. Try it. It works!

Might not work for everyone, but it did for me. Tape record the information to want to remember, then play it really quietly, in a loop while you sleep.

(the quiet part is the key, your brain will pick it up still, even if you can't barely hear it. Plus you don't want to disturb your sleep.)

PLEASE comment on this if you try it, I want to know if it works for anyone else!!!! I did it for all my exams

Brands Essence of Chicken did wonders for me! Right before an exam, just before I started studing I drank it up and also once before the exam. I passed with flying colours when I have read most of it for the first time!

The second remedy: Heat bee's honey while mixing in 1 finely grinded garlic till it becomes a soft pulp. You are supposed to eat this daily for improved memory and concentration. Note:I havent tried this but my friends swear by it!

For years i have struggled with memory, and concentration. I found Ginko Biloba (a chinese herb that has been used for over a hundred years). Ginko Biloba helps brain functions and circulation of blood to the brain. Try it, if you are studying for an exam or just general memory enhancement this is for you. It comes in the form of Tea, Supplements (Tablets) and even in concentrated liquid that can be mixed with a little water. It can be found in any health food store. This is also great for SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder)accumpanied with Saint johns Wart.

Don't want to advertise, but go to smartpowders.com Try a few of the less expensive ($10 or so) powders they have. These are remedies most people are unaware of.

These did not work instantly for me, but only after using other herbs, etc. that are good for memory I noticed a big difference. Before, when I used these remedies (such as the usually recommended herbs for memory) they would not help. But after using a few products from the above website, these other herbs helped. I think these powders from the above site helped to trigger something in me so that other remedies would work...

Calcium pyruvate helps also.
