Magnesium malate - as long as I take it daily, I am fine. If I stop taking it, I ache miserably. The tablets seem to work better than the capsules. I use Source Naturals, but others are probably good as well. Magnesium Malate has been a life-changer!

Fibromyalgia…I have lived with for over 30 years. I have learned how to keep it symptom free. I thought it cured until I stopped doing these things. The most important thing is arobic exersice. Keep the heart rate up for at least 30 min (everyday would be great) I average 5 times a week. Walking is a good way to start. I learned that the worse I felt, the more I needed to walk.
Malic Acid (also called Magenesium Malate) at least 2400 mg two times every day. If you get uncomfortably loose stools cut back a little on the dose.
Optional but relieves pain better than all else for me Liquid Lecithin (It is a thick yellow-brownish substance). Rubbed on the skin at the site of pain it works wonders. It never stained any clothing and washes out easily.

Effective and affordable safe natural treatments are available for Fibromyalgia as alternatives to painkillers. You must review the products offered by Biogetica, they are the evolutionary result of years of Homeopathic, Chinese, Ayurvedic, Synergetic and Biotech research. They are an excellent assimilation of products that helps to relieve most of the symptoms of fibromyalgia. The patient not only experiences a sense of comfort due to the reduction of pain, but also progresses towards overall good health. The solutions address the root cause and aid in maintaining normalcy of the connective tissues all over the body and strengthen the muscles, ligaments and cartilages of the body.

Power Balm all natural pain relief is the most effective pain reliever I've used since the recall of Vioxx. I now have no pain. They even offer a free sample so there's nothing to lose except the pain. Go to powerbalm.com

I have suffered with FMS for the past 3 or 4 years. I now take 5HTP, Rosehip with Glucosamine and Gurana to beat the fatigue. If I miss out on the Rosehip/Glucosamine or the Gurana it seems to make little difference, but if I miss the 5HTP the migrating pains return within a couple of days.
