i have had it for years. If you load up on b12. i usally get an iv and am good for a month. Ohand to help with the stinging sensation until b12 takes over. The cream i used on my hands and feet. Is called Sombra. It helps control the pain. But the key is B12 and magnesium iv's. Hope this helps. And go easy on the sugar intake.
