My mother has arthritis. We all know how painful that is. She was in agony with her arms and shoulders about a year ago. She got hungry and got her a can of coconut, opened it, and started eating it. Within about 20 minutes her pain was easing up. She thought, 'Wow, could it be from the coconut?' Her pain left. She could move her shoulders and arm without pain. Each time she has the pain she gets a coconut and chews it. It really helps arthritis pain.

To reduce arthritis pain, make sure to get plenty of minerals in the diet. Take the mineral supplements bonemeal and dolomite to help with this, and compliment them with oatstraw to help the body absorb the minerals.

MSM (Methyl-sulfonyl-methane), 1,000mg twice daily will greatly reduce the inflammation which causes the pain.

Fish oil softgels, 1,000mg three times per day will help to lubricate the joints, thus releiving the pain.

Glucosamine Sulfate is good for ongoing maintenance to support the cushioning between the joints, 500 mg twice per day.

Drink one quarter cup of Black Cherry Juice a day to cure your arthritis. Will take about 2 or 3 months for good results,
but don't give up, keep drinking the juice.

Research the use of apple cider vinegar and arthritis and you will be surprised.
I also use Blue-Emu, that has emu oil,aloe,msm and glucosamine and it works wonders for any arthritis pain in the joints that are close to the skin and only takes less than 5 minutes for relief. Use as needed and rub it on sore joints before to go to bed. It really works wonders for many sorts of pain. Please research the Blue-Emu, it really helps with my joint pains.

We all know about copper bracelets. A very wise African-American woman learned this from her mother. Buy two bottles of 91% rubbing alcohol, one large, one small. In the small bottle put nine clean pre1960's copper pennies. Let them soak and leach. Rub each day affected areas with rubbing alcohol with pennies and refill smaller bottle with larger bottle. This takes time to work so be patient but I saw the effects on this woman who could not swing her arms before because of her arthritis.

In my family arthritis is very common we have been using this for years.Where ever the pain is take one honey bee and sting your self with it it might be scary but i can assure you it works but of course if youre allergic to bees this is not good

Cinnamon few times a week or more is moistening to joints! Omega 3 oils in flaxseed, hempseed oil, and other foods is great for moistening/ hydrating the joints (increasing the synovial fluids). Moderate exercises like qi gong, walkin, gardening, range of motion actually helps to restore joints, tendons, muscles, body tissue. Rubbing Organic Almond oil or Organic Coconut oil mixed with Lavender Essential oil a drop per Fluid ounce of oil, Juniper Berry essential Oil (couple drops to few fluid ounces of Almond or Coconut oil ). There are other essential oils that are great for joints and these situations.

I have Rheumatoid Arthritis. After taking convention medic ion for one year, I notice that the convention medicine decreases pain, but not really cure arthritis, also the medicine hurts my stomach. I begin to do home remedy for myself, eating fresh food like broccoli and spinach every day , no processed food and fried food to improve my immune system function.
