Here's is the best remover yet. Apply a bit of Apple cider Vinegar to the wart with a Q-tip and then cover it with a Band-aid every night and in 1 to 2 weeks it will be gone. I tried it and it workes better than anything out there.

Apple Cider Vinegar worked great for my daughter. She had 37 warts on both hands some were in clusters. I used apple cider vinegar I soak some cotton
discs (used for makeup removal)cut to size of warts cover the wart with the cotton (be careful not to apply to other skin coevr with bandais etc I used ace wraps due to the amount of warts. If they becoem to tender take a break for a day or two. I also used a emery board to rough up the edges and them trimmed them . athe apple cider vinegar causes a inflammation effect which apparently attacks the wart (caused by a virus) My daughters warts have not returned which makes her & I very happy!

Roughen the surface with emery board; Apple cider vinegar on cotton wool and band aid; fresh dressing 2-3 times a day for about 4 days; wart seems to turn a little blackish then simply drops off. Being a real sceptic on home remedies I was extremley impressed! Now trying a treatment on my wifes planter wart - the signs after 7 days are good so far.

BL, try duct tape on your wifes planters wart. That is what I did and it worked great. Just apply the duct tape to her foot and keep it covered day and night, change the tape of needed. After awhile the skin gets soft, kinda like how you prune in a bathtub. Use a pumice stone and it will rub off. Good luck, I know they can be painful.

yes the vinagar trick does work! i took my 6 year old in while her older sister was having 2 warts burnt off for the second time. the chemical that they put on my youngest daughter burt her and blisterd her skin resulting in what looked like a bundle of grapes hanging from her elbow. the pain was severe, to say the least. after that healed, i came across the vinagar treatment and i put the vinigar on a cotton ball and put a band aide over it. the next morning the warts were black on top. i let it dry out, sanded it with a emery board and repeated the process. it took two days to rid and has not been back

Ok I was really hesitant to try this just because IT IS ONLY VINEGAR... I really was going to pay a lot of money to go to the doctors and have my wart either frozen off, cut off, or lasered off. I went to the supermarket and bought a bottle of apple cider vinegar on Saturday night....today it's Monday at 1pm and seriously IT IS GONE. Granted.....I left a band aid with apple cider vinegar on it basically from Saturday night str8 through all day sunday even while I was awake.....it turned the wart completely brown and I was able to pick at it. Right now it's Red and there is a little scab but the big ugly growth is actually gone. I cannot believe it which is why i'm writing this....i'm flat out shocked!! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TRYING THIS BEFORE GOING TO THE DOCS.....also because of this, I have been reading up on other things that apple cider vinegar is good for...I think this will become something that I regularly use...it's cheap and effective!!

I have a wart on my finger that has been there for many years. After reading all the comments about using apple cider vinager on it, I finally decided to try it out. Last night before going to bed I soaked a peice of cotton ball in the acv and then placed it on the wart and covered it with a bandaid. After about 10 minutes my wart started to get really painful. I decided to leave it on for the night. It was painful all night, when i woke up i took the bandaid off my finger, its started to turn black but it still REALLY hurts!!

Has anyone else had this problem??

yes I have the same too.. I have a lot of warts on my hands. So I decided to try vinegar on it. I have soaked the cotton ball in the Apple cider vinegar and then before I went to sleep I put it on covered with band aid.. And also did the same during the day. I did it for 10 days and I gave up as it was really hurting. So I don't know maybe you had a different way of doing it. It turned black on the 3rd day and I kept doing it as I thought better to really make sure that they are totally gone, but after 10 days they were so black and so painful I stopped and now two weeks later my warts are back. Can you please help, what is the proper technique?

I had a wart growing on my upper lip, kept growing until it was the size of a pea. I asked the pharmacist and all the over the counter medicines would leave a scar. I went to my regular doctor and she wouldn't touch it. She referred me to a dermatologist and he wouldn't touch it. He referred me to a plastic surgeon. I couldn't afford that so I tried the apple cider vinegar. The wart started turning black within a few days and fell off in pieces, within 2 weeks it was completely gone! It works wonders! I just soaked a piece of cotton ball and fastened it to my face with a band-aid and left it on at night. I recommend this method to anyone.

albeit i have never tried this particular method, i have used crushed garlic on a bandaid over the wart with great success on many occasions. my aunt had a planters wart on her foot which would not come out from freezing, surgery, burning, or duct tape. but the garlic made it disappear for good after a week, just in case none of the other methods work for anyone, i personally know this one to work extremely well
