Hi. I have athletes foot and the itching amd burning along with the splitting between the toes is unbearable. One night I was just tired of it so I got a bucket of warm water with salt and garlic powder. I got athlete's foot every summer. I don't know if it's about the weather. It's so embarrassing. I always wear rubber shoes when going out. I'm afraid they will see it. So I soaked my feet with hot water then mix it with salt(Not just any salt, you should use Epsom Salt and Iodized Salt) for 15 minutes. Do this until it's gone. Then wash it with lukewarm water and soap(SafeGuard) every 4 hours.

DO NOT PICK WITH IT. IT WILL GET WORSE.
