We used a 50/50 solution on deep sea fishing trips. Your hands would get cut and stuck by fins and gills. After a few days on the water, the cuts would start to get infected. A soak for a couple of minutes took away the pain and cleaned the wounds. As soon as you rinse with clean water, you neutralize the bleach. Never needed any antiseptic.

I work in a correctional facility and we use 15cc of bleach to 1 gal warm soapy water for inmates with athletes foot and it works

Use of undiluted bleach will result in chemical burns, if you do not have a thick epidermis layer of dead skin, surrounding your feet.

A diluted solution of bleach.

Add three tablespoon, of Clorox bleach, with 6% Sodium Hypochlorite, into a 16 ounce cup, and fill the rest of the cup with water. Pour, the diluted Clorox solution, into a, 9 by 13 inch, oblong glass baking dish, and soak the sole of your feet, for 5 minutes. Afterward, rinse your feet, under cold running water, for at least 10 minutes, otherwise, you run the risk of chemical burns.
